A. DELIVERY & PICK UP POLICY 

DELIVERY & PICK UP POLICY

1. All deliveries and pick up order(s) are only within Klang Valley. Street names and POS code must be correct and accurate. 

2. If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.

3. If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please contact us at estore@orientalrestaurants.com.my or call +603 7496 6988 within a stipulated timeframe for the next delivery.

4. If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.

5. We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.

6. We deliver each order to one delivery address within Klang Valley.

7. Pick up orders can be done at The Oriental Group of Restaurants office at: -

DELIVERY & PICK UP LEAD TIME

1. Order Pick up Time: 11am - 1pm; 1pm - 3pm; 5pm – 7pm; 7pm – 9pm

2. Confirmed orders will be processed within 5 days from The Oriental Group of Restaurants.

3. Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows: -

• Klang Valley: In standard shipping, the regular delivery time ranges from 2 to 8 days.


SALES, PROMOTIONS & FESTIVES PERIODS

1. During peak online sales & promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take longer time.

2. For festive seasons, please place your order 1 (one) day in advance in addition to the regular lead time required.


B. REFUND POLICY

At E-Store (estore.orientalrestaurants.com.my), we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We regret that return or refunds cannot be accommodated unless it is damaged or has extensive defects discovered upon receiving of the items. In the event items lost or damage in transportation, it will be accounted for by third party logistics partner.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

• Effort must be made to notify us within 2 hours of receiving the items to specify any defective issues or misplaced orders.

• You have to include the following details in the email: Order number, photo of damaged item (as proof of damage) and the reason for refunds/exchanges (so that we can improve!) and notify us via our email (estore@orientalrestaurants.com.my).

• Once we have received your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions. To exchange item, please let us know the item you would like to have in exchange.

• You will need to bear the shipping charges and/ or any cost incurred when returning the item(s) to us and also the redelivery charges for new exchange item. However, if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you, ALL at our expense.

• Refund for returned items will be made within 15 days of the return of the product.
